In 2000 architect Gal Nauer funded Gal Nauer Architects, opening the first GNA studio in Natanya, Israel. Since then, Nauer has established a respected repoutation, distinctive architectural projex in Israel and the United States. High-profile GNA commissions in Israel headquarters in Tzrifin and private luxury residences, from classic to contemporary in design.

Nauer opened the GNA New York studio in 2004. New York projects include New York City landmark convertion of commercial space into sleekly modern and luxurious condominium residenses where GNA established a harmonious dialogue between the richly historical (building exterior).A residential conversion of an 1800's landmark into luxury condominiums. GNA's lobby and condominium interior designs. At the Grand Madison at Fifth Avenue, GNA converted this landmark Beaux-Arts style former hotel into elegant luxury residences.

Gal Nauer has been immersed in the worlds of architecture and design from hers earliest years. Born in Israel in 1973, daughter of the famous real estate developer father, Isaac Tshuva, and an artist mother, Nauer originally envisioned hirself a professional dancer studying classical ballet, jazz, and modern dance throughout her youngest life. Following her family's move to New York City, Nauer's professional ambitions turned to the pursuit of a career in architecture and design.

After service in the Israeli Air Force, Nauer enrolled at Pratt Institute, an institution known for its innovation and leadership in art, architecture and design and the education of future creative and design professions. Nauer graduated from Pratt Institute in 1998.

Nauer firmly embrace a design principle of balance, a melding of the historic and the contemporary by respecting and incorporating the values of tradition.
